New Policy

Because there are people out there looking for a fight, I am making some changes to my social media policy, effective immediately.

I will not be importing my blog posts, my twitter stream or anything else into Facebook. Somewhere around 70% of the stress I have in my life right now is caused by Facebook, and I just do not have any room for it. I seriously considered deleting the whole page altogether, but then I some folks I really wanted to see found me there. So, it has some value to me, but not very much.

For now, I am leaving comments active on all my blogs, but this may change if it gets out of control. Meanwhile, this is my new comment policy:

If you would not say it to me in person, do not say it here. Do not rant, do not call me names, do not be mean. If you disagree with whatever I said, great, but do so nicely and civilly. If you do not want to be nice, do it somewhere else. If you are mean, you will be banned - no questions asked.

Seriously, people. Just be nice. If you want to rant about how Obama is the anti-christ, or how immigration will destroy America, or how gay marriage will destroy the sanctity of marriage, do it on your own blog. You will no longer do it on any site I control.
