Comfort Food
Stuff we ate every day when I was a kid is now called comfort food. Not sure I get that…
In any event, tonight I am making the first thing I ever learned how to cook 30 years ago. Steak and gravy, with corn on the cobb and biscuits. Gonna try to get some sweet peas (we called them engliish peas where I grew up…) on the plate as well.
Just bragging. It is probably my favorite meal on the planet.
